We take great care to ensure that all our flowers and gifts arrive in pristine condition. We have our own delivery van’s, which are fitted out to transport our bouquets and arrangements in water until they arrive at their destination.

Our experienced and friendly drivers make every effort to deliver at a time which is convenient to the recipient. Please remember that contact numbers are essential to ensure a smooth, hassle free delivery on the correct delivery date.

All our flower arrangements and bouquets are made up to order, fresh on the delivery date requested using the best quality flowers available.

If you have any special requests or have no idea what to order please give us a call and we will gladly assist you with recommendations for the occasion.

Each flower bouquet comes with it’s own flower food sachet to help prolong the life of the flowers and keep them looking beautiful for longer. Adding a quarter teaspoon of household bleach for every litre of water will also help to keep your blooms fresh for longer.

All our vase and potted arrangements have been prepared using fresh water with added flower food, so there’s no need to add any more flower food on arrival. Simply top up the water every 2-3 days and enjoy.

If  for any reason you have cause for complaint please ensure that we are notified with 2 working days of delivery so that we can replace the flowers or sort out the issue immediately.
