How can I pay for my gift or flower delivery?

Our secure online payment gateway allows you to pay for your flower and gift delivery online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Alternatively, you can call us and we will process the transaction for you. You can also pay via Direct Deposit or EFT.

Where do you deliver flowers and gifts to?

We deliver flowers and gifts to the West Coast, City Bowl, Northern/Southern Suburbs and Atlantic Seaboard of Cape Town, South Africa. We deliver to private homes, business and hospitals within these areas.

Do you offer any guarantee?

Yes, all of our gifts and flowers carry a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Can I attach a special message?

Yes, your special message will be printed onto a gorgeous card and attached to the flowers or gift.

Where do I register to become a purchaser?

There is no need to register first. Once you have selected the product that you would like to purchase, simply click
“Buy Now ” and proceed through the checkout process. You will be automatically registered as a user should you be purchasing for the first time.

Will I be notified once my gift/flowers have been delivered?

Yes, you will receive a “Delivery Confirmation”, from our admin staff.

Can I customize my own flower arrangement or gift hamper?

Yes, simply call us and one of our sales ladies will be happy to assist you.

What are your normal delivery days and times?

Our lines are open from 08:30am-17:00pm Monday-Friday. We deliver from 10:00am-18:00pm Monday-Friday. We are closed over the weekend and on Public Holidays

What is the order deadline for placing a “Same Day ” delivery?

Orders must be placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday to guarantee same day delivery. As we are closed on weekends and public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day should your order come in after 12 noon.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

Under no circumstances will we attempt delivery if we are unable to confirm with the recipient that there will be somebody at home to receive the flowers or gifts.

What happens if the flower delivery details supplied are incorrect?

If the flower arrangement or bouquet is delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered we will contact the customer and additional charges will apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, we will not accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering. Telephone numbers are very important in ensuring a smooth delivery. Refunds will not be possible once a delivery attempt has been made.
