How long will my bouquet last?
With proper care, our fresh bouquets typically last 7-10 days. We include care instructions with every delivery, but the basics are simple: trim the stems at an angle, change the water every couple of days, and keep them away from direct sunlight and fruit bowls (the ethylene gas from ripening fruit is not friendly to flowers). Some blooms like lilies may last even longer as their buds continue to open.
Can I request specific colours or flowers in my bouquet?
Absolutely! While our pre-designed bouquets are created by our expert florists for optimal visual impact, we are happy to accommodate special requests. Simply add a note to your order or give us a call. Keep in mind that flower availability varies seasonally, but we will always do our best to match your vision or suggest beautiful alternatives.
Do you deliver bouquets on the same day?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery across Cape Town for orders placed before 12pm on weekdays. For weekend deliveries, please order by 10am on Saturday. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and delivery area, so we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure your flowers arrive when you need them.
What if the recipient is not home when you deliver?
Our delivery team will attempt to leave flowers with a neighbour, at reception, or in a safe place. If this is not possible, they will contact you to arrange an alternative. We recommend providing the recipient's contact number so our driver can call ahead. No bouquet gets left behind on our watch.
Are the bouquets gift-wrapped?
All our bouquets come beautifully presented and gift-ready. Depending on the arrangement, this may include elegant wrapping paper, ribbon, or presentation in a box or vase. We also include a complimentary gift card with your personal message - because flowers without a message are just very expensive room decorations.
